To meet our Mission, the GlobeStrat Think Tank appoints
international independent experts organized and headed by an Executive Office, Regional
Office and functional Country Directorates.
As an independent international expert think-tank, we are not subservient to anyone. GlobeStrat’s vision is to provide strategic leadership and advantage for the common good and in the general public interest.
Our mission is to influence and persuasively
convince leaders of nations, transnational and domestic organisations on how
best to lead and manage their affairs into the future.
The experts of GlobeStrat are guided by a professional ethos, by principles, core values and high aspirations. Our ethos determines our direction as we exercise extraordinary influence on leaders with necessaaary jobs-to-be-done when entrusted to protect their nation(s) and organisations and advance their interests through our independent expert advices.

Tasked with a program or project, we follow a time-honoured sequential approach, a six-step
process, called the GlobeStrat Intelligence Cycle:
- Planning and Direction
When we decide on a job-to-be-done, strategic and tactical planning is approached by what we already know and the confidence and conviction about what we can achieve with that and acquired knowledge in planning and task execution.
We collect information from available and other sources and dedicated research effort.
Reports of a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary nature are produced.
An analysis is done by our international independent experts to establish proper context when reports are produced.
Reports (provisional and final) are provided to the Executive Office of GlobeStrat for dissemnination to clients.
During this phase decisionmaking occurs at the executive level about who to inform and influence and how to go about persuading and/or convincing about best strategies and tactics to resolve identified problems/issues - globally, regionally and domestically.
